Lime-Honey Glazed Salmon with Warm Black Bean & Corn salad. This is a favorite in our house, the only thing I do different is that I bake the salmon instead of doing it in the pan, Simplifies the cooking process and no hot oil sprayed everywhere from cooking the fish in the pan. Bake at 400 for about 15-20 minutes.
